We use the traditional Mayan way of wooden raised beds and do not under any circumstances use an pesticides or herbicides. Our pesticides are made up of neem, tobacco, chile and lemongrass leaves and so far seem to be keeping those pesky beasts away...although we can´t really blame them if they love our veggies as much as we do.
Offering a wide range of veggies in winter time, people can participate in our weekly hamper service. We also provide a range of organic meat such as goat, chicken, quail, turkey and pork.
